Marlon Weaver is the campus pastor of Lighthouse in Danbury where he leads with dedication and a heart for ministry. He is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ who joined Lighthouse Church Danbury Campus in 2020 and has been diligently serving ever since.

Marlon is passionate about leading with excellence. With a strong military background, Marlon brings discipline, commitment, and leadership to his work, particularly in mentoring at-risk youth throughout the Northeast.

He is currently enrolled in the School of Ministry and looks forward to continuing his ministry at Lighthouse Church, making a lasting impact in the community.
